HBHE – Heat element for switches – HBSR, HBSR-HFC, HBSC2 & HBSO. Phased out in mid-2015.
In mid-2015, we updated the temperature specifications for refrigerant switches. This made the HBHE heating element redundant. Below, you can find the previous temperature range as well as the new temperature range:

In the future, for low temperature applications, we recommend HBSR-SSR/xx-x-IP as well as HBSC2-SSR/xx-x-IP. These will be suited for ambient temperatures as low as -60°C, whereas the above can only be used for ambient temperatures of -30°C.

HBPA – Power supply for switches – HBSR, HBSR-HFC, HBSC2 & HBSO. Phased out in mid-2015. As an alternative, we offer switches with integrated power supplies. You can read more about them here:
NH3 switch: HBSR-SSR-2
CO2 switch: HBSC2-SSR-2
HFC switch: HBSR-HFC-SSR-2
Oil switch: HBSO-SSR-2
HBSO, HBSR & HBSC2 with 1/2" & 3/4" BSP thread (thread type 3 & 4). Phased out in 2013/2014. As an alternative, we offer switches with 1/2" and 3/4” NPT, which have almost the same profile and measurements as 1/2" & 3/4" BSP.
HBLC-NH3-2-2 (200 mm rod length) & HBLC-NH3-1.6-2 (160 mm rod length): Phased out in 2013/2014. As an alternative, we offer the same sensor but with a rod length of 310 mm.

HBSO1-xxx/xx-x/HT – High temperature oil switch: Phased out at the beginning of 2015. As an alternative, we offer sensor type HBSO1-SSR-1/xx-x/HT. The mechanical part is 100% identical. The electronic part has been replaced with a type that has a solid-state relay output. The new type is backwards compatible with the older type, although the output must be connected as a 2-wire.
