I started my journey at HB Products in production and today work in warehouse and shipping. I am one of the people responsible for making sure products are picked, packed, and delivered to customers on time.
For me, the job is all about maintaining an overview, keeping things moving, and finding solutions when the day does not go according to plan.
Getting Products Out the Door
I work with picking products, packing orders, and booking shipments for our customers. It may sound straightforward, but it often involves following up on missing items and finding out where things are, so we can get the order shipped.
If something is missing, it is about finding the right people and solving the problem quickly.
From Production to Shipping
I started in production before moving into the warehouse and later taking responsibility for shipping.
Today, I coordinate many different tasks at the same time. If something needs to be shipped urgently or if an item is missing, I need to find out where we can get it and who can help make it happen.

Keeping a Cool Head
One of the most important parts of my job is staying calm and maintaining an overview.
There can be requests coming from both sales and production while at the same time an order should have been shipped yesterday. In those situations, it is important to stay organized, prioritize, and deal with one thing at a time.
I usually say that I am ‘cool Helle’. I take things one step at a time and focus on finding a way forward.
When Things Come Together
What motivates me most is when things work out.
Especially in situations where everything looks difficult at first, but we still manage to solve the challenges and get the products out to the customer.
It is a great feeling to know that everything came together in the end.
