We only do business with registered companies.

If not agreed on otherwise and confirmed in writing we supply our customers according to "general conditions NL 92 E"
General Conditions NL 92 E are issued in 1992 by the organisations for the engineering industries in Denmark, Norway, Finland and Sweden. The conditions deal specifically with "the supply of machinery and other mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment".

Prices:
Prices are valid ex works, including standard packing, in the currency agrred on.
All prices are exclusive of value added tax, prescribed by law.

Delivery and Transports terms:
Ex works, Hasselager, Denmark, according to Incoterms 2000.
